A Banana Can Do This After Hangover and Best For Your Health
As much as you might dislike the fruit banana, you are going to be amazed after you read this article. Banana contains sucrose, fructose and glucose (the three basic sugars) in their natural form. A banana is the best energy bar. According to researchers, two bananas a day can alone provide you enough energy for a laborious 90-minute workout. Probably that’s why banana is the most preferred fruit among athletes. Apart from energy, a banana can help us keep fit in numerous ways. It can also help us conquer many illness and conditions.
DEPRESSION: Because depression is the most occurring of all, a survey by MIND has revealed that eating a banana made many feel better. This is because bananas are rich in a protein, tryptophan, that gets converted to serotonin, and is responsible for relaxing you, making you feel happier.
PMS: Don’t take a pill your body does not need. Eat a banana when you are stressing. The presence of vitamin B6 will regulate the blood glucose levels, affecting your mood.
ANEMIA: Rich in iron, bananas can stimulate the production of hemoglobin in the blood helping in cases of anemia.
BLOOD PRESSURE: This tropical fruit is extremely rich in potassium yet low on salt. Therefore, it is a magical pill for the cases of blood pressure. The banana industries, with the permission of the US Food and Drug Administration, can now make official claims for its ability to lower blood pressure risks and strokes.
BRAIN POWER: The potassium rich fruit, single handedly, can assist in learning by making the pupils more alert. It helped almost 200 students in England to learn efficiently by improving their brain power when they ate bananas three times a day.
CONSTIPATION: Not paying attention to what we eat, most of us often suffer from bad stomach. High in fiber, bananas should be included in the diet. They will help restore normal bowel action, helping to overcome constipation without taking any medicines.
HANGOVERS: Well, who doesn’t love parties? But parties always hurt in the mornings. Forget aspirins. A banana milkshake sweetened with a little bit of honey will cure your hangover quickly. The banana with the help of honey calms your stomach, builds up used up blood levels. The milk will re hydrate your body.
MORNING SICKNESS: Very close to hangovers, morning sickness is not pretty at all. If you snack with bananas in between your meals, you can manage to keep your blood levels up and avoid morning sickness.
HEARTBURN: Bananas act as natural antacids in the body, helping in heartburn.
MOSQUITOS BITES: Don’t let your skin smell like insect bite creams. Instead of using insect bite creams, try to rub the inside skin of a banana on the affected area to reduce swelling and irritation.
NERVES: Everything we do in our day affects our brain. Therefore, the first priority should be to keep our brain calm. This is again where banana comes to the rescue. Bananas are rich in B vitamins that help us carve our nerve system. It might just also help you with obesity that is caused because of high-pressure jobs. Switching to carbohydrate rich food every two hours helps.
ULCERS: The smooth and soft texture of the fruit makes it the best dietary food for intestinal disorders. It also counteracts acidity and by coating the stomach lining, it reduces irritation.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL: As surprising as it may sound, many cultures in the world see bananas as a ‘cooling’ fruit that helps control the emotional and physical temperatures. It works best on expectant mothers.
When compared to an apple, banana has almost four times more protein, twice the carbohydrates and five times vitamin A. It is also rich in potassium and phosphorus. So, maybe bananas are ready to take the place of everyday fruit in your life.
How They keep The Dead Alive And Story Is Here
We all know that once we are dead, we’re gone. Forever. This is the unavoidable natural phenomenon which no one can escape from. We sure miss our loved ones when they’re dead and to over come that, we do certain things like framing their pictures, seeing their things etc. But what these people do are unexpected. They keep the dead alive. You must be wondering how is that possible? Well that’s what I thought too.
Actually, they don’t keep them alive in the real sense. What they do is unbelievable! This is not the story of mummies from Egypt. Not how scientists preserve the dead for experiments. These people exhume the corpses of their family and loved ones. How surprised are you? Pretty much, I bet. Seems like they can’t get over with their family members, who can. So let’s read out the real story about how these people exhume the corpses.
This is a ritual practiced by some small Indonesian communities.Mostly the families of Taroja in South Sulawesi are found doing this ritual. These families believe in bringing the dead man’s spirit back to place where it lived. If it were you or me then we would definitely get scared at the thought of spirits, ghosts or the dead. But these people welcome them. Now that’s some real daring game! They say that they exhume or preserve the dead bodies of their families to respect them. According to them, they just can’t bury them forever.
So what they do is, take them out once in every three years. When their family members die, the cremation ceremony is quite normal, just like how we do. They bury them and bid farewell. But once in every three years, they dig up those graves and take them out. They take the dead bodies and walk around the village. Seems like the dead going for a morning walk after they wake up LOL. Anyway, before taking them to the village, they also clean the corpses. They groom the bodies, wash them and also dress them in the latest fancy dresses. Sounds thrilling, no? They don”t just take care of these dead bodies but also their coffins. These families would clean and also repair the damages, if any, of the coffins.
This bizarre tradition is named as Ma’en or The Ceremony of Cleaning Corpses. Be it a child or an old person’s corpse, they are all given a proper bath and new clothes. After this they are taken for a walk in straight lines around the villages. Even though the logic of doing this is not know, these people do it to honor their ancestors. They actually call the spirits of their dead relatives. Sounds scary, but they do it. After performing this ritual, the bodies are again buried in their respective graves for another three years.
Women Pays More than Men For The Same Item
If it seems to you that women pay more than men for nearly identical products and services, you are correct. The practice has been dubbed the “woman’s tax” or “gender pricing.”
As if it’s not bad enough that full-time working women earn about 78 percent of what their male counterparts earn, a new study from the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) discovered a persistent surcharge for women’s products when they compared nearly 800 items with female and male versions.
The report, “From Cradle To Cane: The Cost Of Being A Female Consumer,” gives the example of how Radio Flyer has scooters for boys and girls. The boy version is red, and the girl version is pink, but otherwise they are identical, except for the prices: $24.99 for boys, and $49.99 for girls

So…sometimes guys need some help in the what-not-to-say department when talking to their girlfriends. Why? Because men seem to have no filter and they say things that sometimes really hurt or piss off women. So guys…we’re just trying to help you out here….with the top ten things to NEVER say to your girlfriend.
https://www.facebook.com/pages/Amazing-World/185479054881938
1. “You’re not the prettiest girl I’ve dated.”
Whoa…ouch. Be nice, ok! And so what if it’s true? You may not be the hottest guy WE’VE dated, but we’re not about to SAY so. Plus, this comment will likely make us cry– and you don’t want to see that, do you?
2. “You look like my ex.”
No one wants to be compared to an ex — unless the ex is a model. But even then, why are you bringing her up? It makes us think that you’re thinking about her– and then we think you’d rather be with her and before you know it, we’re convinced you two are getting back together.
3. “You’d look better if [insert physical characteristic here].”
Guys? We don’t need to be told we should improve how we look. Can’t you just love us for how we already are? Improvement comments just make us feel very self conscious around and not comfortable with how we look. If you don’t like it…go somewhere else.
4. “That waitress/chick is hot!”
We get it — other chicks are hot. We also have eyeballs to see for ourselves. But please don’t tell us when you’re looking at other women…in fact, could you just not look at all? And while you’re at it, could you tell us that we’re hot more often, please? Thank you.
5. “Relax– you’re overreacting.”
You may be trying to calm us down but you just made us even angrier. Let us get mad and figure things out. Stop treating us like we’re crazy.
6.”Your sister is weird.”
Hey, we’re tight with our family — family is off-limits. Let it go or move on.
7. “There’s no way those jeans are gonna fit you.”
We don’t need fashion advice from you. Especially with your judgmental tone about our size. We know what fits and what doesn’t, thank you very much. Now leave us alone.
8. “Is it ‘that time of the month’? Because you’re being mean.”
Guys, don’t assume we’re crabby because we’re on our periods. This is a tricky one because if it is that time of the month, we’ll probably clobber you. And if it isn’t, well, we’ll probably clobber you. You’re not allowed to make comments about our menstrual cycle…at least anything other than, “Do you want chocolate and flowers, babe?”
9. “You look really different in the mornings.”
Okay, so we don’t wake up freshly showered with a full face of makeup. Sue us. It’s not fair that guys wake up looking almost exactly the same as when they fell asleep.
10. “It’s a guy thing. You wouldn’t understand.”
This one is just unfair. Give us a chance– we probably would understand and we could probably help– if you let us.

TYPES OF SEX YOU SHOULD TRY AT THE AGE BETWEEN 20 AND 30
Since people between the ages of 20 and 30 are mostly busy exploring their options, it does involve a decent amount of SEx that tends to be anything but uniform, and so experts have given 8 types of SEx that you probably have had or will have during your prime years.
1.Creatively-located SEx -the stacks, an airplane bathroom, a hostel hallway, your parents’ bed, a bar, the park, an alley, your car – the possibilities are endless and while it’s fun to hope that you will still be this adventurous in your 30s, a carpe diem approach is probably advisable here. Also, these are not moments to hold back.

2.Drunk SEx – often combined with bad SEx and/or one-night-stand, this type of 53xual experience is usually less than amazing. Great SEx usually requires some amount of athleticism, and a bunch of uncoordinated flailing limbs, plus an alcohol-sedated nervous system, does not a mind-blowing orga’sm make.
3.Friend SEx- at some point during your 20s you’ll likely reach a point with a previously platonic friend in which you both agree that it’s a great idea to sleep together. If the 53x is great you’ll either become gray area “friends with benefits” or just laugh about it a lot for years to come. If the 53x is bad you’ll probably never ever speak of it again.

4.SEx for one – sex by yourself is a great way to learn what it is you want from a SExual experience with a partner. It’s healthy, it relieves stress and women deserve orga’sms in or out of relationships. By the time you leave your 20s you’ll hopefully know exactly how to make yourself feel good without the assistance from another person.
5.Nonexistent SEx – there are times when you’re just not having 53x at all. It might be frustrating but it’s also a great time to reflect on what you actually want from your se’xual experiences when they inevitably begin again. Plus, just when you’ve become totally convinced that you will never have another non-self-bestowed orga’sm in your life, you’ll be proven wrong.
6.Make-up SEx – if you find yourself in a relationship during
your 20-something years, the odds are pretty good that you’ll get into some fights, you’ll get extremely frustrated at your significant other for being inattentive or letting work consume him or her, scream at each other, perhaps shed a few tears and then channel all of that anger into some really excellent sexual play.

7.Vindication SEx – At some point during your 20s you’ll probably find yourself in the position to sleep with someone who previously rejected you or considered you below their notice. It probably won’t be all that great, and you may not feel great morally afterwards. You will, however, leave with the satisfaction that you didn’t peak in your teen years.
8.Home-for-the-holidays SEx – during your 20s you’re likely travelling back to your hometown for the November and December holidays each year. During these awkward few weeks you’ll probably run into any number of people from earlier in your life, including one or more ghosts of friends-with-benefits past. You may find it uniquely satisfying to have a short, no-strings-attached fling with said them each time you return.

The World Health Organization (WHO) says there are five different strains of the virus -- named after the areas they originated in. Three of these have been associated with large outbreaks of hemorrhagic fever in Africa. Reston Ebola is named after the city of Reston, Virginia in the United States, where the fifth strain of the Ebola virus was identified in monkeys imported from the Philippines.
What are Ebola's symptoms?
Ebola can only be definitively confirmed by five different laboratory tests. Early symptoms of the Ebola virus include sudden onset of fever, weakness, muscle pain, headaches and a sore throat. These symptoms can appear two to 21 days after infection. The WHO says these non-specific early symptoms can be mistaken for signs of diseases such as malaria, typhoid fever, meningitis or even the plague.

- Family members or others in close contact with infected people;
- Mourners who have direct contact with the bodies of the deceased as part of burial ceremonies; and

More research is needed to understand if some groups, such as immuno-compromised people or those with other underlying health conditions, are more susceptible than others to contracting the virus.
Exposure to the virus can be controlled through the use of protective measures in clinics and hospitals, at community gatherings, or at home.
How is it treated?
There are no specific treatments for Ebola. Patients are isolated and then supported by healthcare workers which consist of hydrating patients, maintaining their oxygen status and blood pressure, and treating them for any complicating infections.

https://www.facebook.com/pages/Amazing-World/1854790548819389 facts about bras that you simply must know ...
Let's #face it ladies, one of the basic facts about bras is the fact that we all wear them. Bras are a piece of clothing we all become very familiar with in our preteen years. We begin in "training bras" and end up wearing sexy lacy pieces of different sizes and variety. Is your interest piqued as to what neat facts about bras I can share? Well, then, read on!
1. HANKY PANKY
Amongst our interesting facts about bras, the one I loved the most (for some reason) was one of the first designs of our modern day bra. Mary Phelps Jacob created a backless bra with two handkerchiefs and a pink #ribbon in 1914. A New York City socialite, Mary sold this design to Warner Brother's Corset Company. This wasn't the first #bra type created, but it was one of the most popular. I think I want to get all Pinterest-creative and make one of these myself!
2. THE TERM "BRASSIERE"...
The term "brassiere" was first used in Vogue in 1907. This means "support" which is what a bra is used for - to support our breasts. From there, it was shortened to the "bra" as we know it today.
3. CRETAN BRAS
Crete is accredited with not only the first corset, but also the first bra. In fact, they were wearing bras hundreds of years before the rest of us. Funny thing is Grecian women wore bras and corsets that supported yet exposed their breasts. You can see things like depicted in their forms of the Snake Goddess
4. CUPS INVENTED
It was not until the 1920's until a husband and wife team began changing the way bras were and actually started giving them cup sizes. Imagine being limited to a one-size-fits-all bra?
5. BB'S
Early bras were also known as "bust bodices" or "BBs" in the early 1900's. Can you imagine? "Hey, girl, let's go shopping for some new BB's," or, "I think I'm going to buy a new sexy bust bodice for tonight's special date." I can't help but giggle at that!
6. FREDERICK
Those of you who enjoy a good padded bra can think Frederick of "Frederick's of Hollywood." He invented the first padded bra in 1947. In 1948, along came the first push-up bra. Frederick can also be thanked for the first front hook bra and the thong, if you're interested in that little bit.
7. BRASSIER REVOLUTION
In 1968, women decided they didn't like bras because they were "instruments of female torture" and they threatened to burn them! Unfortunately for them, the police wouldn't allow that, so they had to settle for tossing them in trash cans. I don't know about them, but I love my bras! My boobs would be lost without them!
8. JOCK STRAP BRA
In the 70's, the first sports bra was invented out of (get this!) two jock straps! It's a bit disgusting to think about that part of it, but at the same time, sports bras are our lifesaver when it comes to running, jumping and working out! Am I right?
9. BIG TATA'S
Did you know that you can get bra cup sizes up to an "N" now? The average bra size is now a 36DD. Breasts are growing and being desired larger and larger. In my opinion, one shouldn't make their breasts incredibly large because of the dramatic effect on one's back, but each to their own, right?
So what facts about bras are you into? Do you like these facts? Do you have any interesting facts on bras that you would like to share? I want to hear from you! Leave me a comment! As always, have a fabulous day!
